• All invoices are payable in full within 28 days of invoicing, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.
• The invoice assumes that all facilities and information would be made available to enable our work to be carried out continuously.
• Any works additional to those already mentioned in the invoice will be subject to an additional fee(s).
• Overdue invoices will be charged an accumatled late payment fee at the rate of 12% per calendar week for every week after the invoices due date, unless otherwise agreed by the Client and Webfibre Internet Solutions.
• Failure to pay invoice in full or mediation of an outstanding invoice is subject to a Client's service being terminated, its web site taken offline, email accounts and details removed from our servers and any other associated services removed from the Client's account.
