Data: Standard Lists
Some content just can't be static like and image or text region. Some of it has to interact with the user on the page to give instant feedback. Our standard and advanced lists give you that ability.
A "data list" in our CMS is best viewed as a dynamic rows of data stored in a database that can be accessed in real time, although publoshed to a static page, the region they inhabit on the page can be updated automatically of by an event.

Standard Lists
How you define that lsit is used is up to you, but as standard it can contain a title, date, descriptive text, images and an attachment. Whether or not you fill them all out is up to you. Typical uses for a list are:

News Items
Using a title, date added, descriptive text and image, you can build up a database of items for use in your website. You can even sub-divide the lists into different containing folders for different sections of your website (or for different languages).

By configuring the toolkits "flow" command, you can decide what order to render the various list items. The image you use from the Image Library or uploaded via the "browse" option will be automatically resized to a thumb, smal, medium and large image (new files are created at the new sizes for web optimisation) size you specify for that lists' properties, allowing you to use the list image as a thumb or full screen image.

Example 1 (Network75), Example 2 (Webfibre.net).

Event Items (single day and longer)
As with news items, you can set a date the item was added, but also you can specify an end date creating a date span for an event. Using all the features avaible to you with a standard list, you can also attach an item for download, possibly more information about the event happening on that day.

Configure our toolkit calendar by speciftying what data lsit to use and it'll automatically populate the calendar with the items you've added. You can even sking the calendar in your own style.

Example 1 (Welsh Gymnastics - some events may not be present this month)

Image Gallery
Forget about adding descriptive text or titles, how about a simple image gallery?

Example 1 (Swansea Indoor Market)
